P-pop powerhouse BGYO—composed of Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate—is back with a bold new sound through their latest dance-pop single, “Headlines.” The track is set for its live performance debut at Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025 on Sunday, August 23, marking another milestone for the fast-rising Filipino group.

A Fresh Anthem of Love & Pride
“Headlines” infuses Y2K-inspired R&B elements into BGYO’s signature style, resulting in a fresh anthem about loving proudly and unapologetically. The track showcases the group’s evolving artistry as they experiment with new sonic territories.
The single was penned by a global powerhouse team: Lindgren, Melanie Joy Fontana, Marqueze Parker, Courtlin Jabrae Edwards, and Nhiko Sabiniano, alongside BGYO members Mikki and Nate, during last year’s ABS-CBN Music Camp.

- Lindgren & Melanie Joy Fontana – previously collaborated with BTS and worked on tracks for K-Pop Demon Hunters
- Courtlin Jabrae Edwards – has written for Ciara and GloRilla
- Marqueze Parker – worked with Ariana Grande
