A Story That Hits Close to Home
The film follows Man-su (Lee Byung-hun), a veteran paper manufacturing specialist who’s spent 25 years building a stable life — a steady job, a loving wife Miri (Son Ye-jin), and two children who depend on him. But when he’s unexpectedly laid off, his perfect world begins to crumble.
Refusing to give up, Man-su promises to find another job within three months. But as months turn into a year of rejection and despair, desperation forces him to take one final, risky leap of faith — declaring,
