The Filipino pop-rock band brought the house down with a compelling take on crowd favorites and rarities

More than 15 years into their career, Gracenote continues to break boundaries and reaffirm their place as one of the most influential female-fronted bands of their generation. Their 2025 headline show, “Walang Makakapigil,” was nothing short of a spectacle—an intimate yet powerful celebration of their artistry and legacy.
The Filipino alternative pop-rock quartet lit up the stage with a 21-song setlist that seamlessly blended nostalgia, emotion, and raw energy. Fans were treated to beloved classics like “Bakit Ganyan Ka?” and “Flynn Rider” from their 2019 album &, alongside a heartfelt cover of Rico Blanco’s “Antukin” that revealed the band’s tender side.
Adding another layer of excitement, bassist Jazz Jorge took the spotlight on vocals for “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay” and “Baso At Bote,” showing his versatility and captivating the audience with an unexpected yet euphoric turn. Meanwhile, fresh tracks like “Wasabi” and “Walang Makakapigil” highlighted the band’s evolution—staying true to their punk, emo, and pop-rock roots while boldly pushing their sound forward.
On stage, the band was firing on all cylinders: EJ Pichay’s intricate drumming, Tatsi Jamnague’s tasteful guitar work, and Jazz Jorge’s grooving basslines built the perfect canvas for the band’s explosive energy. At the heart of it all was Eunice Jorge—a commanding presence whose extraordinary vocals, charisma, and magnetic stage energy turned the performance into an unforgettable experience. From crowd favorites like “Minsan Lang Naman” to the anthemic “Tulog,” she reminded everyone why Gracenote remains a force to be reckoned with.
The night wasn’t just a concert—it was a journey through the band’s career-defining discography. Balancing power with vulnerability, and sentimentality with pure rock energy, Gracenote left the audience both exhilarated and nostalgic, singing along to every note.
“Walang Makakapigil” was presented by Soupstar Music, in partnership with Redlines Productions, EMI Records Philippines, and UMG Philippines—a testament to Gracenote’s enduring influence and the unstoppable momentum of their music.
