At the award-winning Crystal Dragon, Father’s Day becomes a culinary celebration. From June 9 to 15, dads are treated to an exclusive à la carte menu that spotlights refined Chinese flavors. The special tasting platter includes a decadent dim sum trio: Deep-fried Crispy 25-head Abalone Charcoal Puff, Steamed Cod Fish Dumpling with fresh lemon peel, and Toasted Duck Meat Tart with light pepper sauce.

Other standout dishes include:

• Double-boiled Sparerib Soup with agaricus mushroom, dry scallop, and black maca
• Burning Aromatic “San Bei” Tiger Prawns with sweet basil
• Slow Poached Yellow Skin Chicken in supreme stock
• Boston Lobster with Jasmine Rice, edamame, and crispy puff rice in rich seafood broth

Cap off the meal with an indulgent dessert: Monkey Head Mushroom Puff Pastry filled with ananas, served with coconut rum-infused pineapple on ice.
