Global apparel retailer UNIQLO is bringing magic to everyday wear once again with the launch of “My Dear,” the latest installment in its beloved UT collaboration with Studio Ghibli, arriving July 4.
This third volume in the special collection continues the creative journey that began in 2022, combining the timeless charm of Studio Ghibli’s iconic animation with wearable art. To mark the release, a special commemorative event will also be held — a celebration of imagination, storytelling, and the shared spirit of creativity between Studio Ghibli and UNIQLO.
“My Dear” UT Collection – Vol. 3
The new 14-piece collection captures the heart and soul of Ghibli’s most emblematic works, blending beloved scenes and characters with fresh, expressive art. The designs include stunning visuals from legendary Ghibli films and unique illustrations from Thai artist Kanyada Phatan, whose past work with the collaboration has earned critical praise for its whimsical style and emotional depth.
Also featured in this release are special creations by Studio Ghibli producer Toshio Suzuki, adding an authentic touch that fans will instantly recognize and appreciate.
First launching in Europe, this latest collection showcases how fashion and storytelling can come together in deeply personal and imaginative ways.
