TP Reinforces PH Growth with McKinley HQ Campus Opening

TP (formerly Teleperformance) in the Philippines, a trailblazer in digital business services, has officially unveiled its newest and most advanced campus — TP McKinley — strengthening its presence in Taguig City and reaffirming its commitment to building a future-ready, people-centered organization. The launch of this cutting-edge facility marks the company’s 27th site, a testament to nearly 30 years of growth and trusted service in the Philippines.

In his message, TP Philippines Chief Executive Officer Rahul Jolly underscored the vital role of Filipino talent in driving the company’s transformation into an AI-enabled, human-centered enterprise.

“The McKinley Campus is not just a new workplace — it’s a symbol of how Filipino excellence and empathy drive innovation. This is where technology meets humanity, and where our PHuture Forward journey truly begins,” he said.

Strategically located in the heart of McKinley West, one of Metro Manila’s premier business districts, the five-story TP McKinley West Campus is designed to accommodate thousands of TP professionals in a modern, dynamic environment. With a total capacity of over 3,700 seats, TP is set to boost recruitment as it scales new operations within the site.

As one of TP’s largest hubs in the country, the campus features flexible collaboration zones, wellness and recreational areas, and digitally enabled workstations that elevate productivity, strengthen culture and belonging, and promote overall employee well-being. It also houses a recruitment hub, gym, recreational rooms, canteen and pantry, training facilities, and executive offices.

The newly inaugurated TP McKinley West Campus is the organization’s 27th site in the Philippines.

Built with smart technologies, AI-powered systems, and digital collaboration tools, the site reflects TP’s evolution into a next-generation digital business services provider. DICT Secretary Henry Aguda shares his optimism for the growing IT-BPM industry in the country during TP’s McKinley Campus launch. He mentions the government’s commitment to further build the country’s fiber optic backbone that will provide reliable connectivity in the countryside where global investors can set up their facilities.

They were joined by TP global leaders, including TP Global CEO Daniel Julien, Americas CEO Miranda Collard, TP.AI CEO and COO for India, PH, and ANZ Anish Mukker, and TP Philippines CEO Rahul Jolly, who together led the ceremonial opening.

Further advancing its sustainability agenda, the TP McKinley West site is LEED-certified and will be fully renewable-energy-ready by December 2025, showcasing TP’s dedication to green operations and environmentally responsible design.
