Teleperformance (TP) in the Philippines celebrated its 29th year of operations with a meaningful day of community service at the TP Village in Tanay, Rizal—led by its Senior Leadership Team. The activity was part of TP’s ongoing commitment to social impact through its corporate social responsibility arm, Citizen of the World (COTW) Foundation.

In partnership with a local non-government organization, TP built the TP Village in 2010 to support families displaced by Typhoon Ketsana (Ondoy) in 2009. With backing from the global Teleperformance Group, what began as a relief initiative has since flourished into a thriving community—a symbol of hope, resilience, and TP’s long-standing commitment to inclusive growth.
The anniversary celebration, aptly themed “Building Hope,” was led by Chief Executive Officer Rahul Jolly and Chief People Officer Jeffrey Johnson. The day featured hands-on volunteer activities, including house repainting and interactive art sessions with the village children, who each received a canvas to paint. The team capped the day with a traditional “Boodle Fight”—a communal lunch shared with families, reinforcing a sense of unity and purpose.
“As leaders at TP, it’s important we engage with our community. This humbles us, keeps us grounded, and instills compassion for others, especially those who need it most. I’m incredibly proud of our Philippines leadership team—we’re a family that believes in giving back and building a sustainable future,” said CEO Rahul Jolly.
The TP Village is home to 99 families and continues to thrive under the Kapitbahayan neighborhood association. Over the years, TP has built 100 houses and one community center, impacting the lives of 145 children and providing growth opportunities for 55 youth.
“Seeing how much this community has grown over 15 years is absolutely amazing! Many of the children I met back then are now adults with jobs, and even families of their own. That’s the true measure of our impact,” shared Jeffrey Johnson.
During the visit, TP leaders took the opportunity to renew their commitment to being a Force of Good. They unveiled new support initiatives under five core focus areas:
- Community Building & Governance of the neighborhood association
- Food Sufficiency & Sustainability through hydroponics and backyard farming
- Livelihood & Entrepreneurship training
- Education programs
- Community Health initiatives
These programs aim to further empower TP Village residents and promote long-term self-sufficiency.
“We’re not just building houses—we’re building homes, hope, and a future where no one gets left behind. TP Village is a testament to what we can achieve when we come together with purpose,” Jolly concluded.
