Dusit Davao Hotels Deliver Crucial Aid to Davao Oriental Earthquake Victims

In a moving display of compassion and solidarity, Dusit Davao Hotels — including dusitD2 Davao and Dusit Thani Residence Davao — joined forces with Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) to assist communities affected by the recent earthquake in Manay, Davao Oriental.

Rooted in Dusit’s Thai values of care and the Filipino spirit of bayanihan, the team personally delivered essential in-kind donations such as hygiene kits, linens, dining ware, and other hotel supplies. Adding a touch of comfort, freshly baked pastries from the hotel’s culinary team were shared with residents, bringing warmth and encouragement during this challenging time.

The outreach took place on October 18, 2025, with Dusit Davao staff visiting affected communities firsthand to provide relief and uplift spirits.

Through TLDC’s Enabling Communities Program, additional support included cash assistance, food packs, toys for children, and other essential supplies, addressing immediate needs and reinforcing solidarity with families impacted by the disaster.
