Café Ilang-Ilang Showcases Quezon’s Finest in the Pahiyas Food Festival
From May 5 to 31, 2025, Café Ilang-Ilang pays homage to the vibrant Pahiyas Festival with a special buffet spotlighting beloved dishes from Quezon Province. Diners can savor local favorites such as Paco Salad, Hardinera, Lucban Longganisa, Kulawong Puso ng Saging, Adobo sa Puti, Pancit Habhab, Ginisang Santol, Nilupak, Kalamay, and Tayabas Bonete. These regional specialties will be served on rotation during the lunch and dinner buffet.

A Mother’s Day Feast at the Champagne Room

The specially curated set menu starts with Fresh Pomelo-Prawn Roll in Pink Crepe or Beetroot Cured Gravlax, followed by a choice of Light Cream of Carrot-Squash Soup or Cream of Zucchini Soup, and either Four-Cheese Ravioli or Mixed Mushroom Risotto. A Pink Peach Sorbet refreshes the palate before the main course options of Grilled U.S. Beef Tenderloin or Pan-Seared Gindara Fillet with Dill Lemon Sauce. The Manila Hotel’s Art Gallery blooms with color and culture as esteemed Filipino artist Manuel Baldemor unveils Flowers of May. This floral-themed exhibit, a cheerful follow-up to his Lenten series Kuwaresma, captures the beauty of Flores de Mayo in Baldemor’s signature vibrant style.
