Globe has amplified its humanitarian response in the wake of Typhoons Crising, Dante, and Emong, as well as persistent rains from the southwest monsoon, delivering critical relief to families across Luzon and Visayas through its ongoing partnership with Rise Against Hunger (RAH) Philippines.

More than 3,000 food packs—enough to support 1,050 families—were distributed to communities in Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, Taytay, La Union, Bulacan, Tarlac, Nueva Vizcaya, Dasmariñas, and Biñan. The aid prioritized ready-to-eat meals for displaced residents and those still grappling with the impact of widespread flooding.
“We know how quickly crises can upend lives,” said Yoly Crisanto, Globe’s Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer. “That’s why we work with partners to deliver immediate support where it matters most. We remain present where we’re needed, reconnecting communities and extending relief with empathy and care. Even as recovery progresses, our commitment to serve doesn’t stop.”
Beyond relief goods, Globe also moved swiftly to restore vital connectivity, with network services now fully restored in areas affected by the recent typhoons.

To bridge communication gaps, Globe deployed Libreng Tawag, Libreng Charging (LTLC) stations in areas with limited power or mobile service, including Antipolo, Taytay, multiple barangays in Quezon City, Valenzuela, Tanza, Imus City, and Gerona. These hubs enabled residents to contact loved ones and access crucial updates during the height of disruptions.
Working hand-in-hand with government agencies, LGUs, and humanitarian partners, Globe continues to strengthen its disaster resilience program, anchored on readiness, restoration, and recovery—ensuring that communities are supported not just during crises, but in rebuilding afterward.
