KV - TP Kadayawan Festival

TP Philippines joined this year’s Kadayawan Festival in Davao City, celebrating the vibrant culture, resilience, and community spirit of the Dabawenyos.

Adding another highlight to its participation, TP earned second place in the festival parade with a striking float entry featuring a majestic Philippine Eagle, its expansive wings reaching outward as a symbol of the company’s commitment to standing tall alongside communities, creating opportunities, and celebrating milestones together.

The float was adorned with 29 pearls, a meaningful design element representing TP’s 30th anniversary in the Philippines and its expansion to 29 sites nationwide. The symbolism also reflected the company’s journey of growth and its long-standing presence in the communities it serves.

The float’s design further highlighted several of TP’s major milestones, including its ninth consecutive Great Place to Work® (GPTW) certification—a recognition that underscores three decades of growing alongside its employees and the communities that have been part of its journey.

TP is also strengthening its commitment to Dabawenyos following the opening of its second site in the Davao region earlier this year, further expanding its presence and opportunities across Mindanao.

With a continued commitment to creating opportunities for Filipinos, TP’s growth alongside the communities it calls home closely mirrors the spirit of the Kadayawan Festival, a celebration of abundance, gratitude, culture, and the bountiful spirit of the Dabawenyo community.

Through its participation in Kadayawan, TP celebrates not only a vibrant Filipino tradition but also the people and communities that continue to shape its journey in the Philippines.
