Massive Turnout for ASP Angels Walk 2025 at MOA Arena

Nationwide movement champions autism acceptance, accommodation, and appreciation

SM Leaders, ASP organizers and volunteers come together at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, showcasing the strength of community behind the success of the ASP Angels Walk 2025.

The SM Mall of Asia Arena came alive with joy, unity, and purpose on May 18, 2025, as thousands of individuals on the autism spectrum, their families, and passionate advocates came together for the culminating leg of the ASP Angels Walk for Autism 2025.

Spearheaded by the Autism Society Philippines (ASP) in partnership with SM Cares, the event marked the largest gathering of its kind this year, celebrating a shared commitment to acceptance, accommodation, and appreciation of persons on the autism spectrum.

This year’s Angels Walk made its way across various SM malls nationwide—uniting communities from Luzon to Mindanao in a powerful show of solidarity. The MOA Arena leg served as the emotional grand finale, capping off a nationwide movement that echoed one clear message: inclusion for all.

The celebration was made even more meaningful as it coincided with SM Supermalls’ 40th anniversary, highlighting the company’s long-standing dedication to creating inclusive spaces and empowering communities across the country.

🌈 A Celebration of Voices, Talents, and Stories

The event featured heartfelt performances, inspiring testimonies, and appearances from individuals on the spectrum, advocates, and guests who continue to champion the cause of inclusion.

From the vibrant energy of the crowd to the uplifting stories shared onstage, every moment captured the spirit of what Angels Walk stands for—a society where everyone belongs.

“Angels Walk for Autism reminds us that inclusion is not just an advocacy—it’s a way of life,” said Mr. Steven Tan, President of SM Supermalls.

“This year’s walk showed how far we’ve come and how much stronger we are when we walk together,” added Ms. Dang Koe, Chair Emerita of Autism Society Philippines.

💙 From Coast to Coast, a United Cause

The MOA Arena event also showcased powerful highlights from the walk’s previous legs across the country. Each local celebration had its own story—proving that wherever they are, Filipino communities are ready to stand up for inclusion and embrace individuals with autism with open arms.

With this year’s success, SM Cares and Autism Society Philippines reaffirm their commitment to supporting inclusive initiatives not just during Autism Acceptance Month—but every day of the year.
