🏗️ TCL Revitalizes Sports Infrastructure

As part of its commitment, TCL unveiled a newly renovated basketball court at Araullo High School. With support from Rain or Shine, who provided the paint materials, the 4,700 sq. ft. indoor and 2,072 sq. ft. outdoor courts now serve as an inspiring space for students to grow in sportsmanship and discipline.

To enhance the school’s facilities further, TCL donated TVs and air-conditioning units worth ₱300,000—a nod to its legacy of combining technology and community support.
🌟 Highlight Moments and Special Guests

The basketball camp was led by Better BasketballPH Skills Camp, with students engaging in drills and skill-building sessions. The ceremonial first shot was made by TCL’s Bert Cheung, kicking off the day’s activities.

🏛️ Global Recognition for Local Impact
TCL’s impact goes beyond borders. On June 22, TCL was recognized at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland, during the first global celebration of Olympic Day as an official Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner. The company’s name now proudly appears on the Donors’ Wall, honoring its contributions to sports and culture through cutting-edge technology.

The recognition ceremony was graced by IOC President Thomas Bach, IOC President-elect Kirsty Coventry, and Kevin Wang, COO of TCL Technology, who unveiled a commemorative TCL-engraved marble brick—a permanent symbol of the brand’s commitment to the Olympic movement.
👩💼 TCL for Her and Global Campaigns
TCL also joined the historic inauguration of Kirsty Coventry as the first female and first African IOC President—a milestone aligned with TCL’s own #TCLforHer initiative, which champions global women’s empowerment through technology and culture.
To amplify Olympic Day’s message worldwide, TCL launched a global campaign inspired by the IOC’s “Let’s Move” initiative, featuring a dynamic film linking future host cities through the power of TCL display technology.
💬 Looking Ahead: More Moments to Inspire
“This initiative is just the beginning. We aim to bring more engaging, youth-focused events that echo the Olympic values and empower the Filipino community,” said Peter Chen, TCL Philippines CEO. “We’re building more than just sports programs—we’re building hope, connection, and a culture of greatness.”
