Wild Rounds: Pilipinas Season 2
On May 9th, Riot Games Philippines announced Season 2 of Wild Rounds: Pilipinas, its national grassroots tournament for League of Legends: Wild Rift. With a boosted ₱1.5 million prize pool, the event promises a more legendary season spanning Q2 to Q4 2025.
Building on Last Year’s Success
Last year’s launch of Wild Rounds: Pilipinas Open energized the local Wild Rift community. This second season cements Riot PH’s commitment to evolving grassroots competitive play.

Pre-Event Community Activities
Ahead of the main event, Riot PH has lined up community activities under the Wild Rounds Circuit. Kicking things off is Wild Rift Wednesdays, a weekly creator and community play series that launched in April. It spotlights fan-favorite personalities and invites players to engage with the Wild Rift PH scene.
Additionally, Ground Zero Tournament partners will host grassroots and amateur events from May through October. These hyper-local competitions will showcase rising talent across the Philippines and give them a taste of pro-level action.
Tournament Structure & Key Dates
Wild Rounds: Pilipinas Open 2025 registration opens this May. The tournament features three splits—one per quarter—in an open, nationwide format. Split 1 sign-ups have already opened on May 10th, with brackets drawn on June 9 and revealed on June 10.
- Group Stage A & B: June 14–15
- Group Stage C & D: June 21–22
- Top 16 brackets: announced June 25
- Top 16 matches: June 28
- Top 8 matches: June 29
- Live finals: July 5

Celebrating 5 Years of Wild Rift PH
This October, Riot PH marks its 5th anniversary of Wild Rift in the Philippines. Fans can look forward to in-game events, exclusive rewards, and surprise content to honor both longtime and new players.
