“It’s encouraging to see that many of this year’s winners are working closely with marginalized groups—including Indigenous communities and persons with disabilities—truly reflecting our theme of diversity, equity, and inclusion,” said Shem Jose Garcia, LCF Chairperson.

Garcia emphasized the growing importance of collaboration in achieving shared prosperity.

“True success goes beyond efficiency and optimization—it’s about nurturing people and the communities we affect. That’s where real value lies.”

🔍 CSR as a Strategic Imperative

As more companies embrace sustainability and inclusivity as cornerstones of modern business, LCF sees CSR as more than a charitable obligation—it is a strategic imperative. The Guild Awards reaffirm the potential of corporate foundations and private institutions to drive national transformation through shared responsibility and people-centered development.
