Marcelino Café at Manila Prince Hotel is ushering in a new dining experience with the launch of its refreshed à la carte menu for lunch and dinner service beginning July 1, 2026.
The new concept marks a shift toward a more personalized culinary experience, allowing guests to enjoy freshly prepared dishes made to order while continuing to experience the warm hospitality and exceptional value that have become hallmarks of the restaurant.
The transition reflects Manila Prince Hotel’s commitment to evolving alongside today’s dining preferences, offering guests greater flexibility and a thoughtfully curated menu without compromising quality and comfort.

Available daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., the new menu features a carefully curated selection of Filipino favorites and international comfort food.
Guests can savor classic local specialties such as Beef Kare-Kare, Sinigang na Salmon sa Miso, Paksiw na Bangus Belly, and Chicken Satay Skewers, alongside hearty pasta selections including Seafood Penne Pasta and Tinapa Penne Carbonara.
For lighter meals, diners can choose from café favorites like the Clubhouse Sandwich and Reuben Sandwich, while those looking to end their meal on a sweet note can indulge in desserts such as Lava Cake, Apple Crumble, and Mango Cheesecake.
While lunch and dinner transition to the new à la carte format, Marcelino Café’s well-loved breakfast buffet remains available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Complimentary for in-house guests, the breakfast buffet is also open to walk-in diners for ₱688 nett per person, offering a wide selection of breakfast favorites to start the day.
