Esports Charts and StarLadder are continuing their collaboration for the 20th anniversary season of StarSeries, one of Counter-Strike’s most recognizable tournament series.

Following Esports Charts’ support for StarSeries’ return to the competitive calendar in 2025, the esports analytics company is once again providing viewership analytics and audience insights for the tournament.
The partnership has already been active throughout the 2026 season, with Esports Charts delivering live audience insights for the regional Closed Qualifiers held in July and August. The collaboration now moves into the Main Event, which will take place in Barcelona, Spain, from September 17 to 20, 2026.
Eight Counter-Strike teams will compete in a LAN environment for a share of the tournament’s US$500,000 prize pool, marking another major chapter for the long-running StarSeries brand.
Esports Charts Supports StarSeries’ Milestone Season
“Reaching its 20th season is a great milestone for StarSeries, and we’re glad to be part of this next chapter with StarLadder. We’ve really enjoyed working with their team over the years, and we’re proud to support them with the audience data and insights they need to understand the reach and engagement around the series. We’re looking forward to seeing what this anniversary season brings,” said Artyom Odintsov, co-founder and CEO of Esports Charts.
For StarLadder, audience analytics remain an important component of building relationships with partners and understanding the tournament’s reach across different markets.
“Reliable audience data is essential to building long-term partnerships in esports. Esports Charts helps us understand who we reach across markets and gives our partners an independent view of our tournaments’ audience performance,” said Viacheslav Shcherbakov, Head of Sales & Partnerships at StarLadder.
“As StarSeries enters its 20th season, continuing this collaboration allows us to build on that transparency and identify new opportunities for the series and the brands supporting it,” he added.
A Decade of StarSeries
Launched in 2012, StarSeries has been part of the competitive esports landscape for more than a decade.
Over the years, the tournament series has evolved across different games and formats, establishing itself as one of Counter-Strike’s most recognizable tournament brands.
Its return to the Counter-Strike competitive calendar in 2025 marked a new chapter for StarSeries.
The comeback edition in Budapest generated 1.3 million Hours Watched and reached a peak of 90,987 concurrent viewers, making it the sixth-highest peak in the history of the StarSeries Counter-Strike circuit.
With the 2026 edition marking the series’ 20th season, the collaboration between Esports Charts and StarLadder continues to provide independently measured audience data as the tournament looks to build on its established esports legacy.
