  • 1. Emirates will launch a complimentary coach service for Economy customers flying to and from Clark International Airport starting today
  • 2. The new shuttle service connects Trinoma in Quezon City with Clark International Airport in Pampanga as pick-up and drop-off points

In a continued effort to enhance travel convenience for its Filipino passengers, Emirates is rolling out a complimentary coach service for Economy Class travelers flying to and from Clark International Airport (CRK), starting today. This new initiative offers a seamless and comfortable connection between Trinoma Mall in Quezon City and Clark Airport in Pampanga, catering especially to passengers coming from Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

The exclusive shuttle service is available to Emirates passengers with valid flight bookings, linking New Genesis P2P Trinoma Bus Terminal (code: TRP) directly with Clark International Airport (CRK). Designed to remove the hassle of long-distance airport transfers, the service aims to provide passengers a smoother start and end to their journeys.

Who Can Use the Service?

This free coach service is exclusively for Economy Class passengers holding Emirates-issued tickets (with ticket numbers starting with 176) and traveling between Clark and Trinoma. To avail of the service:

  • Passengers must book their coach seat at least 48 hours in advance
  • Only passengers with a valid Emirates flight booking will be allowed onboard
  • Walk-ins and non-ticket holders will not be accommodated

How to Book the Coach Service

To ensure a hassle-free experience:

  • When booking on emirates.com, select Trinoma (TRP) as your departure or arrival point so the coach is automatically added to your itinerary
  • If booking via a travel agent or Emirates office, request that the Trinoma (TRP) coach service be included before ticket issuance
  • Standard terms and conditions apply

This new initiative reflects Emirates’ commitment to offering greater accessibility and stress-free travel experiences for Filipino customers, particularly those based in Metro Manila, Bulacan, and neighboring areas who opt to fly out of Clark.

Emirates in the Philippines

Emirates has been flying to the Philippines since 1990, steadily expanding its footprint to include a circular service to Cebu and Clark. Today, the airline operates 28 weekly flights, offering around 22,700 seats per week between the Philippines and Dubai—connecting Filipino travelers to over 140 destinations worldwide.

In 2024, Emirates strengthened ties with the Philippine Department of Tourism to boost inbound travel, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Philippine Airlines (PAL) to explore deeper cooperation on both passenger and cargo services.
