Apart from her upcoming music gig, dwta also recently dropped a cover of “Ang Pag-ibig Kong Ito,” her first official release of 2026
Filipino singer-songwriter dwta is set to headline her self-produced music event, Where Do Broken Hearts Go? Sa Gig ni dwta, on February 13, 2026, at 123 Block in Mandaluyong City. Billed as an anti-Valentine’s show, the evening promises an immersive musical journey for listeners seeking heartfelt, unconventional takes on love and heartbreak.

The Bicol-born artist will deliver an extended solo set, showcasing her signature blend of sharp wit, offbeat visuals, and raw emotional storytelling. Fans can also look forward to performances by guest acts Shirebound, Janine Teñoso, Jan Roberts, Kenaniah, and LEYO, ensuring a night brimming with musical variety and energy.
Beyond the music, the event will spotlight local artisans and creatives, including Hunghang Flashbacks, Amoy Scents and Candles, and Tattoo Studio PH, with hosting duties handled by the charismatic Conyo Bicolano.
“This show is perfect for single listeners who crave meaningful, organic encounters,” dwta shares. “I’ve written more broken songs than love songs, so this felt like the right time to highlight them, especially with my new single. I’ll be performing both old and new originals, a recent cover, and teasing a track that reflects my evolving sound.”
This gig also marks a pivotal moment in dwta’s artistic journey, signaling the close of her whimsical folk era and the start of a more mature, refined sound. “It’s not just the music that’s changing, but also my appearance and overall vibe,” dwta adds. “I want fans to experience how I started as Jhasmine Villanueva and see how my music has grown. This isn’t just another gig—it’s a milestone.”
Earlier in 2026, dwta released a cover of Lea Navarro’s “Ang Pag-ibig Kong Ito”, written by Carlos Agawa and Ernie Dela Pena. Her rendition emphasizes intimacy and emotional vulnerability, painting a scene of quiet, late-night reflection. “I wanted listeners to feel as if they’re inside the song—alone, yet hopeful,” she explains. Produced by Brian Lotho, the track features a stripped-down arrangement with acoustic guitar, slow pacing, and layered strings, highlighting dwta’s signature raw aesthetic.
Ang Pag-ibig Kong Ito is now streaming on all digital platforms worldwide via Sony Music Entertainment. Tickets to Where Do Broken Hearts Go? Sa Gig ni dwta are available now, promising a night that celebrates heartbreak, growth, and the evolution of one of the Philippines’ most compelling singer-songwriters.
