From luxurious Cantonese delicacies to modern Filipino creations and globally inspired omakase, there’s a perfect dining experience for every romantic palate.
Crystal Dragon
Experience Cantonese sophistication with a five-course Valentine’s menu at ₱5,500++ per person, available for lunch and dinner on February 13 and 14. Highlights include Deep-fried Crispy Stuffed Scallop with prawn mousse and golden pumpkin sauce, Poached Fish Maw in Spicy Pickled Tomato Broth, Wok-fried Tiger Prawns in creamy butter lemon sauce, and Pan-seared A5 Wagyu Steak with Chef’s special sauce. Sweet lovers will delight in the Chilled Osmanthus Sweetened Pear Soup with bird’s nest paired with a Black Fairy Swan Puff. Crystal Dragon operates daily from 12 noon to 11 PM.
Nobu Manila
Savor the art of Japanese fine dining with a six-course Valentine’s Omakase at ₱6,888 net per person, available February 13 and 14 at Nobu Hotel Manila. Start with a trio of Sushi Tortilla featuring tuna truffle, Salmon Spicy Mayo, and Lapu-lapu Tiradito, followed by Bluefin sushi, Kani Bisuku blue crab bisque, Yuzu Dashi Cream Red Snapper, and Sesame-crusted Japanese Wagyu Beef. Finish on a sweet note with Strawberry Yuzu dessert—a medley of strawberry mousse, compote, jelly, mixed berry sorbet, and yuzu black sesame tuile.
Haliya
Discover a modern Filipino Valentine’s menu priced at ₱9,500 net for two, available February 14. Begin with Lobster Tartare with Caviar Oscetra, then enjoy Lover’s Gravlax, Red Bell Pepper Krema with beetroot tortellini, pan-seared scallops with celeriac noodles, and Chicken and Morel featuring chicken farce, foie gras, and Iberico ham jerky. Top it off with unlimited confections from the dessert station and a choice of two love-season-inspired cocktails. Haliya is open from 12 noon to 11 PM on Valentine’s Day.
