Real-life couple Kim Molina and Jerald Napoles open up about their enduring relationship and unforgettable on-screen moments in the latest season of Jeepney TV’s hostless talk show, “Stars on Stars.”
In the episode, the celebrity duo gets candid about their time living together during the pandemic—a challenging period that ultimately strengthened their bond. Jerald shared how that experience became a turning point in their relationship.
“During the pandemic, we saw everything—both the good and the bad. Even with the fights, we managed to work through them,” Jerald revealed. “That’s when it hit me: ‘If I can go through all this with her, then she’s the one.’”
Jerald is part of the cast of the upcoming ABS-CBN series Sins of the Father.
Kim, on the other hand, shared her excitement about fulfilling one of her parents’ biggest dreams: seeing her walk down the aisle.
“It’s a gift for my parents. I’m excited for the moment when I can say I fulfilled their dream of seeing us get married,” Kim said. “Jerald even proposed to my parents first before proposing to me.”
The couple also looked back on working together in the hit primetime series FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, where they portrayed a married couple.
“It was easy working with Kim—not just because we’re together in real life, but because she’s an incredible actress,” Jerald shared.
Kim added, “Working with Jerald is effortless because I know his process as an actor. We even rehearse and study our scripts together at home when we’re on the same project.”
