Valentines Concert With The Music of The Platters, Matt Monro and Christian Bautista

This love month of February where we celebrate Valentines Day, couples young and young at heart are looking for a great date to celebrate , strengthen or  re-kindle the fire in their relationship. Nothing touches  the heart of couples more than hearing  a romantic love song. Couples even have their theme “love song” link to their relationship.

Classic love songs are immortal when it comes to lovers.  The classics stands the test of time and still puts the “chill” in the hearts of lovers.

This February, love takes another classic twist in “Only You: An Evening of Romantic Hits”, a Valentine concert featuring Matt Monro, Jr. and The Fabulous Sounds of … The Platters with renowned Filipino balladeer and Asian singing sensation Christian Bautista.

Enjoy and feel in love again with the classic love songs like The Platters’ “Smoke Gets In Your Eyes”, “Only You”,  “The Great Pretender”, “Enchanted”, “Harbor Lights”, “Twilight Time”, and “My Prayer.”

Matt Monro Jr. will enchant the crowd with his father’s greatest hits like “Softly As I Leave You”, “Portrait of My Love,”  “Love Is A Many Splendored Thing”, “Born Free”, “If I Never Sing Another Song”, “Walk Away”,  and “From Russia With Love.”

Christian Bautista will be also charm the crowd with his own hit songs like  “Colour Everywhere”, “Hands To Heaven”, the immensely popular song “The Way You Look at Me” that catapulted  Christian to fame.

The first concert will be at the PICC Plenary Hall on February 14, 2015 at 8PM. Another concert will be at the Newport Performing Arts Theater at Resorts World Manila on February 16, 2015 at 8pm.

This will be a Valentine musical feast for all ages, proving that love, indeed, is an emotion that knows no space, time or age.
