SM Mall of Asia Arena Hosts PBA All-Stars Weekend Games and Events

I attended the presscon for the PBA All Star Weekend at the SM MOA Arena last April 3, 2014.

In this year’s PBA-All Star Weekend from April 3 – 6, 2014, you will see some of the Philippine Basketball Association’s (PBA) greatest players at the Mall of Asia Arena and selected SM Supermalls.

The PBA-All Star weekend celebration starts with the skills challenges where current champions Jonas Villanueva (Air 21), Mark Cardona (Air 21) and Chris Ellis (Barangay Ginebra) will be defending their titles.

This Friday, April 4, the Skills Challenge starts 6:30 pm and PBA Greats vs Stalwarts game at 8 p.m in one ticket.

The much anticipated PBA All-Stars vs Gilas Pilipinas game  will be on April 6, 2014, 5:00 p.m.

The weekend will also include the following activities and clinics:

  • basketball clinics
  • hospital visits
  • medical visits
  • meet and greet
  • referee and coaches clinics

The Gilas Pilipinas team composed of  LA Tenorio, Gabe Norwood, Jayson Castro, Ranidel de Ocampo, and Junmar Fajardo lead by National Team Coach Chot Reyes. The PBA All-Star team will have James Yap, Mark Barocca, Chris Ellis, Greg Slaughter and Mac Baracael.
