There is a new martial arts action movie that will be deemed as the “Expendables” featuring an ensemble of martial arts action actors and actresses. The new movie “Showdown in Manila” or some termed as “Manila Showdown” is currently shooting on location here in the Philippines. Aside from the Hollywood martial art actors, the movie will also feature Filipino casts.
Th former Russian bodybuilder, Alexander Nevsky who is a popular action star in Eastern Europe, who stars and produced this action film in the same vein as the Expendables.
The movie stars Mark Dacascos (who also is the Director), Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Oliver Gruner, Casper Van Dien, Matthias Hues, Monsour del Rosario, Don “The Dragon” Wilson, Cynthia Rothrock, Tia Carrerra and Natalie Gubina to name a few.
The Filipino cast includes Iza Calzado, Jake Macapagal and more.
