CIS Bayad Center, Inc. (Bayad), the trailblazing leader in outsourced payment collection systems in the Philippines, has reaffirmed its partnership with Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), facilitating inclusive financial services through RCBC DiskarTech and RCBC ATM Go.

RCBC DiskarTech represents the country’s first multilingual financial inclusion application, enabling users to deposit, save, withdraw, and pay bills. Thanks to its bills payment feature powered by Bayad, RCBC DiskarTech app users can now conveniently settle bills for electric and water utilities, cable and internet services, government contributions, loan payments, credit cards, school tuition fees, online shopping, insurance, and a host of other essential payments. Furthermore, RCBC DiskarTech app users will also have the capability to deposit and withdraw funds at Bayad Center branches.

On the other hand, RCBC ATM Go stands as the nation’s largest bank-agnostic, mobile-point-of-system and grassroots-focused ATM service. Through partnerships with MSMEs and local businesses in low-income, rural, and remote communities, RCBC has emerged as the sole universal private bank to achieve 100% coverage, serving all 82 provinces, including Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs).

Today, RCBC ATM Go users can efficiently perform banking transactions like balance inquiries, withdrawals, and fund transfers by simply entering their ATM pin on the POS machine at the nearest Bayad Center in their vicinity.

Bayad’s President and CEO, Lawrence Y. Ferrer, shared, “Our collaboration with RCBC DiskarTech and RCBC ATM Go is poised to continually amplify financial inclusion. Our mission has always revolved around providing convenience and accessibility for our fellow Filipinos, especially those residing in underserved regions of the country. With this partnership, we are proactively expanding our network of billers, making it possible for DiskarTech App users to handle household bills and government contributions at their fingertips.”

RCBC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation and Inclusion Officer, Lito Villanueva, also praised Bayad, stating, “For the past 26 years, Bayad has been committed to serving the Filipino people through easier outsourced payment and bills payment options.

At RCBC, we share the same commitment – making digital finance more accessible and user-friendly for everyone. Through our renewed partnership, we are confident that we will further the financial inclusion goals of both RCBC and the Philippine government.”
