VinFast is accelerating its electric mobility ambitions in Southeast Asia with the launch of its Early Booking Program for three all-electric motorcycle models in the Philippines. Less than a month after introducing the same lineup in Indonesia, the Vietnamese EV manufacturer is now bringing the VinFast Evo, VinFast Feliz II, and VinFast Viper to Filipino consumers, further strengthening its growing portfolio of sustainable transportation solutions in the country.

The launch underscores VinFast’s commitment to building a comprehensive green mobility ecosystem across Southeast Asia while giving Filipino riders more accessible and practical electric transportation options.
Early Booking Comes with Exclusive Incentives
From June 10 to July 18, customers can reserve any of the three electric motorcycles through the official VinFast website or authorized dealerships nationwide with a non-refundable booking fee of just PHP 3,000.
As part of the Early Booking Program, customers will also enjoy exclusive incentives worth PHP 5,600, making the transition to electric mobility even more rewarding.
VinFast continues to offer one of the industry’s most flexible ownership models by allowing buyers to choose between a battery subscription plan with battery-swapping privileges or purchasing their motorcycle with batteries included, depending on their lifestyle and riding requirements.
Affordable Pricing Across Three Models
The VinFast Evo starts at PHP 70,000 under the battery subscription plan, PHP 82,700 with one battery included, and PHP 95,400 with two batteries.
The VinFast Feliz II is priced at PHP 72,400 with battery subscription, PHP 85,100 with one battery, and PHP 97,800 with two batteries.
Meanwhile, the premium VinFast Viper is available for PHP 81,900 under the subscription model, PHP 94,600 with one battery included, and PHP 107,300 with two batteries.
The company expects to begin customer deliveries in the Philippines by July 2026.
Built for Every Kind of Filipino Rider
“The Philippines is one of the key markets in VinFast’s international electric two-wheeler expansion strategy,” said Vo Thi Cam Tu, Managing Director of VinFast E-motorcycles Overseas Market.
“The introduction of three battery-swapping e-motorcycle models further expands our product ecosystem in the country while offering more green mobility options tailored to the diverse needs of local consumers. We will continue investing comprehensively in products, infrastructure, and services to make the transition to electric mobility the most natural choice for all Filipinos.”
Each model has been designed to meet different mobility needs—from practical daily commuting and business use to riders seeking a more dynamic and technology-driven lifestyle.
Leading the lineup is the VinFast Viper, created for younger riders who appreciate sporty styling and advanced technology. It comes equipped with a Smart Key system featuring remote tracking and vehicle locating functions, a TFT digital display, projector LED headlights, and dual rear shock absorbers with external reservoirs for enhanced riding comfort.
Meanwhile, the VinFast Evo and VinFast Feliz II prioritize everyday practicality, combining agile handling, economical operating costs, and driving ranges ideally suited for urban commuting.
Powerful Performance Meets Global Safety Standards
All three electric motorcycles are powered by a 5,200W BLDC in-wheel motor, delivering responsive acceleration and dependable performance.
The VinFast Viper and VinFast Feliz II can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h, while the VinFast Evo offers a top speed of 80 km/h.
Engineered to meet international quality standards, the motorcycles feature high-strength steel frames built to Japanese specifications. Their motors and controllers carry an IP67 water- and dust-resistance rating, while the LFP battery system complies with the European ECE-R136 safety standard and comes with a warranty of up to six years or 72,000 kilometers.
Each motorcycle houses two battery compartments beneath the seat, allowing riders to use up to two 1.5 kWh LFP batteries. With both batteries fully charged, the motorcycles can travel up to 150 kilometers under standard riding conditions.
Flexible Charging and Battery Swapping
Customers opting for VinFast’s battery subscription program can subscribe to two batteries for PHP 439 per battery per month, while battery swapping is priced at PHP 35 per battery per swap.
For added convenience, users also have the option to charge the batteries at home.
Supporting this flexible ownership experience is VinFast’s strategic partnership with global charging infrastructure developer V-Green, which is actively rolling out battery-swapping stations across the Philippines to make electric motorcycle ownership faster, easier, and more convenient.
Driving the Future of Sustainable Mobility
As one of Southeast Asia’s largest two-wheeler markets, the Philippines presents significant growth potential for electric motorcycles as demand for cleaner and more sustainable transportation continues to rise.
The country joins Indonesia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia as one of VinFast’s five priority international markets for electric two-wheelers this year.
Beyond motorcycles, VinFast has steadily expanded its broader green mobility ecosystem across the region through collaborations with local partners and ecosystem companies such as GSM and V-Green. Alongside electric motorcycles, the company continues to grow its portfolio of electric cars, e-bikes, and electric buses, reinforcing its vision of making sustainable transportation more accessible for consumers worldwide.
