Makati, September 6, 2025 – Sony Philippines brought together the country’s most dynamic creators and aspiring storytellers for Sony Creator’s Fest 2025, a day-long celebration of connection, collaboration, and creation. True to Sony’s belief that “Together, We Create,” the festival transformed Baked Studios into an interactive playground where technology met artistry, and creators of all levels discovered new ways to bring their stories to life.

Panels and Creator Conversations
The program opened with an inspiring keynote from Mr. Shuhei Sugihara, Sony Philippines’ President & Managing Director, who encouraged attendees to take their “first step” into content creation, build their identity, and continuously evolve with Sony as their partner in creativity.
Following this, Mr. Kentaro Imamura, Sony Philippines’ Marketing Director, delivered a brand talk diving into how Sony cameras are built to break creative boundaries—offering creators freedom, precision, and tools to elevate their craft.
A major highlight of the event was the Creators Panel Discussion, featuring some of the country’s most recognizable names in content creation: Erwan Heussaff, Janina Manipol, Miki Labarda, Abi Marquez, Wil Dasovich, and Hannah Pangilinan. Moderated by event host Doreen Suaybaguio, the panelists shared their journeys, insights, and challenges as creators while reflecting on how Sony cameras—from compact vlogging kits to professional setups—have allowed them to bring their unique visions to life.

Immersive Zones: Where Creativity Comes Alive
The festival featured four experiential zones, transforming Baked Studios into a hands-on creator’s playground powered by Sony’s latest imaging innovations.
- Cinevlog Zone – Guided by cinematic storyteller Miki Labarda, participants explored framing, motion, and narrative flow to turn simple clips into cinematic mini-films using Sony’s powerful vlogging cameras.
- Travel Zone – Styled like a dreamy glamping campsite with a vintage camper van, picnic chairs, and forest-inspired décor, this zone let attendees capture authentic travel content guided by Kyrke Jaleco, who showcased how Sony’s lightweight systems thrive in dynamic, outdoor-like environments.
- Food Zone – A colorful setup filled with jars, interactive tables, and garnish-your-own mocktail sessions. Food photographer Fern Dy taught participants how to highlight texture, detail, and color for drool-worthy food content.
- Lifestyle Zone – Staged outside Satori Specialty Coffee, this zone—led by commercial director Miguel Sotto—helped creators capture cozy, authentic moments perfect for lifestyle storytelling and personal branding.
At the heart of these zones was the Sony FX2, the hero camera model of the event, enabling creators to capture cinematic-quality content across different scenarios and proving itself as a game-changer for modern storytellers.

A Festival of Community and Collaboration
Sony Creator’s Fest 2025 wasn’t just about technology—it was about community. Participants were grouped into teams, infusing the event with camaraderie, friendly competition, and collaboration. Brand partners including Aputure, Hollyland, Snickers, OFF by SC Johnson, and Satori Cafe amplified the experience through workshops, meet-and-greets, and live challenges.
Throughout the day, attendees were recognized with Best Zone Content awards and raffle prizes, with bigger rewards such as a Sony Alpha 7C II and Sony ZV-E10 II to be awarded after the final submission deadline. These activities highlighted Sony’s core belief that creativity flourishes when shared—when experiences, ideas, and inspiration are exchanged within a community.
The festival closed on a high note with a lively set from DJ Justin San, sending everyone home inspired, energized, and ready to create.
Sony Creator’s Fest 2025 successfully proved that storytelling is not a solo act—it’s a collective experience made even more powerful when fueled by cutting-edge tools and a supportive community.
