This June, Sicilian Roast is giving the beloved Italian classic a crispy new twist with the launch of its limited-time Fried Lasagna, available across all four Metro Manila branches.
Available from June 1 to June 30, 2026, Fried Lasagna reimagines one of Sicilian Roast’s signature dishes by transforming it into a golden, crunchy creation while keeping the familiar flavors diners already love.
The dish begins with layers of pasta, herbed ricotta, and mozzarella, carefully prepared and set until firm. Each slice is then hand-breaded and fried to order, creating a crisp outer shell that locks in its rich, cheesy interior. Finished with freshly grated parmesan and herbs, the Fried Lasagna is served over a bed of marinara sauce that balances every bite with a bright, tangy finish.
While the preparation may be different, the heart of the dish remains the same. The frying process adds texture and structure, giving the lasagna a satisfying crunch without sacrificing the creamy layers and comforting flavors that have made it a customer favorite.
“Lasagna is already one of the dishes people come back for, so we wanted to do something with it they haven’t seen here before,” shares Executive Chef Matt Navarro. “Frying it gives you that crisp shell, but everything inside is still the same lasagna—the pasta, the cheese, the herbs. Nothing about it is lost.”
The result is a dish that feels both familiar and unexpected. The crispy breading provides a contrast to the soft layers within, while the marinara sauce underneath cuts through the richness and ties everything back to the traditional lasagna experience.

Fried Lasagna is available for a limited time from June 1 to June 30, 2026, alongside Sicilian Roast’s regular menu offerings. Guests can enjoy the special at all four branches located in Legazpi Village, Makati; Santolan Town Plaza by Rockwell, San Juan; The Arton Strip by Rockwell, Quezon City; and Molito Lifestyle Center, Alabang.
