There’s no party like a San Miguel Oktoberfest party—and this year’s kickoff proved it once again. The country’s most-anticipated beer festival raised its first toast at Okada Manila’s Crystal Pavilion on September 20–21, 2025, marking the start of another unforgettable season of music, food, and, of course, world-class beer.

As San Miguel Beer celebrates 135 years of brewing excellence, San Miguel Brewery Inc. (SMB) brought back the signature fiesta vibe that has made Oktoberfest an iconic celebration for generations. Over 8,000 partygoers packed the venue for two nights of overflowing beer, top-notch cuisine, and powerhouse performances from some of the biggest names in OPM.

The festivities began with a ceremonial toast led by SMB President Carlos M. Berba, San Miguel Pale Pilsen Brand Ambassador Coco Martin, and Okada Manila Vice Chairperson Takako Okada—officially opening a series of Oktoberfest celebrations nationwide, with stops at Paseo de Santa Rosa in Laguna on October 18 and Queensland Manor in Cebu City on October 31.

Guests were spoiled with free-flowing beer samplers curated from San Miguel Beer’s global portfolio alongside exciting new brews like India Pale Ale, Fruity Wheat Ale, Summer Ale, and Specialty Lager. Adding to the feast, gourmet pop-ups from Las Flores, Café Fleur by Chef Sau, Flipside Burgers, and Purefoods Deli lined the iconic walkway, while SMB’s new Draft Beer Mobile Bar Truck kept the taps flowing. Attendees also scored exclusive San Miguel Beer merchandise to remember the epic nights.
The stage exploded with performances from Rico Blanco, Lola Amour, December Avenue, Arthur Nery, Brownman Revival, The Dawn, Autotelic, The Juans, and many more. The music never stopped as DJs Chelsea and Rammy kept the party going until the last toast.

Sports legends joined in the revelry, too. The newly crowned PBA All-Filipino Cup Champions, the San Miguel Beermen, thrilled fans with fun hoop challenges, while billiards icons Efren “Bata” Reyes and Francisco “Django” Bustamante wowed the crowd with an exhibition match—and even took on daring challengers from the audience.
From the first pour to the last cheer, Oktoberfest 2025 at Okada Manila was more than a party—it was a memory-making celebration of Filipino camaraderie, music, and the timeless spirit of San Miguel Beer.
