In recognition of his contributions to business, education, and community development, PCU conferred upon Manigsaca a Doctor of Humanities (Honoris Causa) during the ceremony.

Manigsaca began his career as a salesman—not as a CEO. Rather than chasing quick wins, he built his knowledge by observing others, understanding business fundamentals, and treating every challenge as an opportunity to grow.
