Short for Enablement and Intelligence Engine, Ellie underscores PLDT Enterprise’s commitment to embedding AI into everyday workflows. Integrated via Microsoft Teams, the platform gives employees instant access to product information, sales materials, and a centralized, searchable knowledge base—helping teams work more efficiently and focus on higher-value tasks.

The platform also functions as a unified knowledge hub, enabling teams to stay aligned and informed during client engagements.
By consolidating critical information into a single intelligent interface, Ellie supports faster decision-making, more strategic client interactions, and a more agile, AI-enabled workplace.
