The Palawan Group of Companies (PGC) and Radiowealth Finance Company (RFC) are strengthening their partnership to give customers more convenient options for loan disbursements and repayments. Through the collaboration, borrowers can receive their loan proceeds through Palawan and settle their monthly loan amortizations through its nationwide network. The partnership also marks PGC’s first integration with RFC for payment services through PalawanPay, broadening the digital payment options available to RFC customers.

The collaboration brings RFC transactions closer to customers through Palawan’s extensive network of physical branches and digital channels, providing borrowers with more ways to access and manage their financial needs. It builds on the complementary strengths of both organizations, combining Radiowealth’s lending expertise with Palawan’s broad physical and digital reach.

“This partnership allows us to work more closely and respond more quickly to our customers’ needs. The closer collaboration is also expected to improve coordination across operations, finance, marketing, and customer service. Both organizations are prioritizing open communication and stronger cooperation to respond more effectively to customer needs.

“This partnership is about more than disbursements and business growth. It is about serving the underserved. By combining our strengths and maintaining open communication, we can create more opportunities for Filipinos who need accessible financial services the most. While today marks an important milestone, we see this as only the beginning of many more opportunities to grow together and make a greater impact,” said Jun Famatigan, Chairman of Radiowealth Finance Company.

Radiowealth Finance and Palawan Group executives strengthen their collaboration to expand access to financial services.

With Palawan’s nationwide network supporting both in-person and digital transactions, the partnership gives RFC customers greater flexibility in accessing financial services without depending on a single channel. Palawan branches offer over-the-counter options for loan-related transactions, while its digital platforms provide additional convenience for managing financial obligations.

The partnership underscores the shared commitment of both organizations to serving communities with limited access to formal financial services. For Palawan, the initiative supports its broader mission of “Pagmamahal sa Pilipinas” and its belief that businesses can contribute to nation-building by developing solutions that address the needs of Filipinos.

As the Palawan Group and Radiowealth continue to strengthen their partnership, both organizations will explore additional opportunities to combine their capabilities and bring financial services closer to more communities nationwide. At its core, the collaboration aims to make everyday financial transactions more accessible and provide Filipinos with more convenient options suited to their needs.
