New NDC integration delivers wider range of fares and enhanced booking convenience for Trip.com customers
Philippine Airlines (PAL) has officially rolled out the sale of international tickets through New Distribution Capability (NDC) on Trip.com, marking a milestone partnership in the Asia Pacific region. With this integration via content aggregator Travelfusion, Trip.com becomes the first global travel service provider to offer PAL’s NDC fares, opening greater access for customers across Asia, Australia, and the United States.

More Choices, More Convenience
Through NDC integration, Trip.com users now enjoy the same wide range of fares and services available on PAL’s official website, including:
- Lower and student fares 🎓
- Personalized add-ons like seat selection and prepaid baggage 🧳
- Convenient post-booking services such as itinerary changes and refunds 🔄
This ensures a seamless, passenger-centric booking experience for PAL customers wherever they are in the world.
Student & Value-Driven Offers
The partnership also empowers PAL to engage more deeply with international students and diaspora communities traveling between Asia, North America, and Oceania. By leveraging Trip.com’s smart segmentation tools, PAL can deliver exclusive student discounts, tailored bundles, and localized fare packages that cater to value-seeking travelers, first-time flyers, and global Filipinos.
A Future of Exclusive NDC Deals
Looking ahead, customers can expect even more exclusive NDC-powered fares and options on Trip.com, strengthening PAL’s ability to expand its distribution reach and deliver next-level convenience.
“The partnership between Philippine Airlines and Trip.com will provide our customers with a personalized and seamless flight booking experience through NDC integration with Travelfusion,” said Justin Warby, VP Sales and Distribution, Philippine Airlines.
“Through partnerships, PAL will expand its distribution capabilities and offer a passenger-centric experience for agencies and travelers worldwide,” he added.

“We are proud to be the first global travel service provider to enter an NDC integration partnership with Philippine Airlines in Asia Pacific,” said Kirk Wong, Regional Airline Director, Trip.com Group. “This partnership allows our users to enjoy better fare options and booking experiences while expanding PAL’s reach across the region and beyond.”
With this collaboration, PAL and Trip.com are reshaping the booking journey for international travelers — making it more personalized, flexible, and accessible than ever before.
