City of Dreams Manila continues to advance its commitment to nation-building as its charitable arm, Melco Resorts (Philippines) Foundation Corporation (MRP Foundation), formally turned over ₱9.9 million worth of security equipment and vehicles to the Philippine National Police – National Capital Region Police Office (PNP-NCRPO).

Carried out with the support of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the initiative reinforces the NCRPO’s core mandate of maintaining peace and order, strengthening public safety, and enhancing internal security across Metro Manila.
The comprehensive donation package is designed to boost operational readiness and mobility. It includes a Foton Tornado truck equipped with a telescopic crane, two Toyota Hiace GL Grandia units, 10 mobile outposts, two mobile generators with trailers, laptops, and an array of cameras, communications systems, and recording equipment. These assets will directly support law enforcement and special police operations within areas covered by Entertainment City Estate Management Inc. (ECEMI), as well as other jurisdictions under the NCRPO.

The ceremonial turnover was led by MRP Foundation Chairman and President Clarence Chung, together with Vice President Armin Raquel Santos, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer Marissa Academia, and Assistant Treasurer Riin Meri. Representing the NCRPO, Police Colonel Ireneo Dalogdog, Chief of the Regional Logistics and Research Development Division, formally received the donation.
Also present at the ceremony were PAGCOR Assistant Vice President for Gaming and Licensing Development Vina Claudette Oca, City of Dreams Manila Property President Geoff Andres, ECEMI General Manager John Dioquino, the Chiefs of Police of Pasay and Parañaque, and other NCRPO officials.

“We are thankful for the opportunity to contribute to PNP-NCRPO’s vital mandate to uphold the safety and security of our community and other areas of their jurisdiction,” said Chung. “We are equally grateful to PAGCOR for its steadfast support of this endeavor, which, together with our other foundation initiatives, affirms our commitment to nation-building.”
The NCRPO donation forms part of MRP Foundation’s broader portfolio of programs aligned with PAGCOR’s mandate, spanning environmental stewardship, education, cultural development, and healthcare—underscoring City of Dreams Manila’s continued role as a responsible corporate citizen dedicated to community upliftment.
