TCL, the Philippines’ No. 1 Panel TV brand and a global leader in both television and air conditioner sales, capped off 2025 with an exceptional performance that further cements its market leadership and competitive edge. The milestone year marks a significant achievement for the brand as it continues to set new benchmarks across multiple product categories.

Celebrating its 25-year legacy in the Philippines, TCL has played a pivotal role in integrating advanced technology into everyday Filipino living. From immersive large-screen TVs and energy-efficient washing machines to smart air conditioners designed for the country’s tropical climate, TCL has consistently delivered solutions tailored to local lifestyles. This relentless focus on innovation has made intuitive, powerful, and accessible technology a mainstay in Filipino homes nationwide.

At the heart of TCL’s success is the deep trust of its loyal customer base. Strong adoption of the TCL ecosystem reflects the brand’s commitment to premium quality, continuous innovation, and dependable after-sales support—proving that sustained consumer confidence remains the ultimate driver of market leadership.

“We are immensely pleased to have secured this achievement and market recognition. 2025 has been an overwhelmingly rewarding year for TCL,” said Peter Chen, CEO of TCL Philippines. “We are now strategically focused on building this momentum as we move toward even more exciting milestones in the coming year.”

Leading the Future of Television

As the country’s undisputed No. 1 Panel TV brand for two consecutive years, TCL’s leadership is driven by aggressive innovation paired with a commitment to accessibility.

“Our goal is to deliver an elevated home entertainment experience through superior picture quality, immersive sound, and seamless performance,” said Charlie Huang, Deputy Product Director of Brownline at TCL. “The growing demand for premium TV categories such as QLED and Mini LED reflects changing lifestyles and greater access to advanced technology. Consumers are no longer content with standard LED displays—they want a truly superior viewing experience.”

Advancing its 2030 TV vision, TCL continues to push the boundaries of display technology with the aim of making premium large-screen viewing accessible to the mass market. Central to this strategy is the continued establishment of QD-Mini LED as the brand’s core technology, offering extreme brightness, superior contrast, and vibrant color accuracy—ideal for high-end streaming and gaming experiences.

Expanding the Core of TCL’s Air Strategy

Marking a strategic shift, TCL Philippines is expanding its success in residential air conditioning into the commercial HVAC sector. The brand is positioning itself to compete aggressively with established players through advanced technology, competitive pricing, and comprehensive project support.

Bert Cheung, Deputy Director of Air Solution and B2B Business, shared TCL Philippines’ roadmap for commercial expansion. “As we move from residential to commercial applications, we highlight our TMV6 VRF System for its flexibility and reliability, alongside our residential hero products powered by T-AI technology for highly efficient and cost-effective performance,” he said. “This strengthened portfolio gives confidence to our partners—from major developers to industry consultants.”

Cheung added that TCL is evolving from a distribution-focused model into a full-fledged HVAC solutions provider, supported by a growing team of industry professionals to compete at scale in the commercial segment.

Engineered Excellence with the Super Drum C682

TCL’s smart home journey takes a significant leap forward with the introduction of the Super Drum C682 washing machine. Designed as a strategic flagship product, the C682 reflects TCL’s renewed focus on engineering excellence, durability, and advanced technology.

Senior Product Manager Eric Li described the Super Drum C682 as an “anchor product” aimed at reshaping consumer perception of TCL as a premium, high-technology brand. Featuring a unique 540mm drum, intelligent sensing, and smart control, the C682 is engineered to meet the evolving demands of modern households.

“Our washing machine business in the Philippines is projecting strong momentum, with an estimated 30% revenue growth in 2025,” Li said. “We are fully committed to this market and will continue to enhance both our products and customer service aggressively.”

Sustaining Momentum Beyond 2025

Looking ahead to 2026, TCL is preparing to roll out major innovations that go beyond incremental product updates. The Whitelines category, in particular, will undergo a significant refresh with an all-new design language and refrigerator lineup.

Equally important is TCL’s continued investment in post-purchase service and customer support. “A superior customer journey—from purchase through a decade of use—is essential to building long-term loyalty,” Li added. “By 2026, enhancements to our service, support, and warranty offerings will focus on speed, accessibility, and proactive ownership, guided by insights gathered this year.”
