Kat Bautista, COO and Founder of NYMA Management, has been appointed as a judge for the 13th Annual Asia‑Pacific Stevie Awards, the region’s premier business honors. Bautista will join a distinguished panel evaluating entries across marketing, communications, innovation, and leadership categories, bringing her expertise to a wide range of industry submissions.
Bautista’s appointment reflects her proven track record in brand transformation and measurable campaign impact across Asia‑Pacific markets. A two-time Stevie Award winner herself, she was recognized in 2025 as Best Female Entrepreneur at the International Business Awards (IBA) in Lisbon, Portugal, and received a Bronze Stevie® Award for Most Innovative Leader of the Year at the 2024 Asia‑Pacific Stevie® Awards.
Adding to her adjudication credentials, Bautista also served as a judge for the 2026 Webby Awards, the world’s leading honors for digital excellence. Her experience provides the Stevie jury with deep insight into digital creativity, strategic communication, and user experience.
