The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) Manila Office is inviting Filipinos to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Normalization of Diplomatic Relations between the Philippines and Japan through the “Arigathanks Japan! Photo Contest.”
The contest celebrates the beauty, culture, and unforgettable experiences that have made Japan a beloved destination among Filipino travelers. Through photography and storytelling, participants are encouraged to share meaningful moments from their journeys and highlight the special connections they have created with Japan.
As the Philippines and Japan commemorate 70 years of friendship, the contest will give away 70 exciting prizes, offering participants a chance to share their Japan travel memories while competing for memorable rewards. Entries will be judged based on creativity, storytelling, and the ability to capture unique experiences in Japan. The Grand Prize winner will receive a roundtrip flight to Tokyo, providing an opportunity to discover even more of the many wonders Japan has to offer.
How to Join
Participants must:
- Post one (1) photo on their Facebook feed, Instagram feed, or Instagram Story based on the contest categories.
- Share the story behind the photo in the caption.
- Include the following hashtags:
