Savoy Hotel Manila recently unveiled Three Chefs, One Table, a first-of-its-kind culinary collaboration uniting the creative spirit of three Savoy Hotels across the Philippines—Boracay, Cebu, and Manila.

The launch, graced by leaders from the Department of Tourism, corporate partners, hotel general managers, and media friends, was more than a celebration—it was a statement of how food can connect people, places, and stories.

In his welcome remarks, General Manager Den Navarro shared how the Savoy brand continues to bring energy and creativity to every guest experience:
“Savoy has always been a fun, dynamic brand. With all three destinations represented in this collaboration, we want to keep sparking the joy and opportunity of travel—especially to Cebu-Mactan Newtown, Boracay Newcoast, and Manila–Newport City.”

A Culinary Journey with Heart
Three Chefs, One Table is more than just a feast. It’s a celebration of culture, sustainability, and inclusivity, with every dish thoughtfully crafted to delight the palate while honoring heritage and telling stories worth sharing.
Guests at the launch were treated to an inspired showcase of flavors, including:
- Barbecue Chicken Croquette
- Bantayan Scallop Rockefeller
- Crab Meat Dumpling
- Alugbati Salad with Crispy Danggit
- Lobster Bisque with Grilled Pan Bisaya
- Mactan Chili Crab
- Steamed Pompano with Chawanmushi XO

Every bite reflected the diverse culinary landscapes of the islands—woven together with creativity, passion, and respect for local traditions.
A Limited-Time Experience

More Than a Menu
At its heart, Three Chefs, One Table is a journey—an invitation to savor not only food but also the stories of the islands, the passion of the chefs, and the connections that travel inspires. It’s a bold reminder that when creativity and collaboration come together, the result is something greater than the sum of its parts.
