iKON’s ‘Limited Tour Get Back’ Show Thrills Manila Fans

iKON, the renowned K-pop sensation, made an exhilarating return to the Philippines with their ‘Limited Tour – Get Back‘ show in Manila, marking a momentous occasion for both the group and their dedicated fanbase. The event, held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, served as iKON’s final group concert before members embark on mandatory military service.

The atmosphere crackled with excitement as Filipino fans, known as iKONICs, eagerly awaited their favorite group’s performance. With a setlist packed full of their chart-topping hits, including crowd-pleasers like ‘Tantara,’ ‘SINOSIJAK,’ and ‘Love Scenario,’ iKON had the audience on their feet, dancing and singing along to every beat. The fervent energy of the crowd set the tone for the unforgettable evening that lay ahead.

The group, especially BOBBY, was shocked by the fans who kept stomping their feet on their seats, as if there was an earthquake, to show the unique cheer of the Filipino iKONICs to their boys.

In addition to their group performances, iKON members DK, SONG, and JU-NE took center stage with captivating solo performances, showcasing their individual talents and the audience with their charisma. DKs soulful renditions of ‘LTNS‘ and ‘Groovin’ left fans spellbound, while SONG‘s emotive performance of ‘It’s Call‘ resonated deeply with the audience. JU-NE rounded off the solo performances with his dynamic rendition of ‘Want You Back,’ leaving the crowd cheering for more.

A highlight of the concert was the PH iKONICs‘ fan project surprise, which left iKON members visibly moved and touched by the outpouring of love and support from their Filipino fans. BOBBY‘s genuine curiosity about the song being played and his request for the song link, along with DONGHYUK‘s spontaneous humming of the tune after just a minute of listening, underscored the overwhelming success of the fan project.

It’s been a while, but every time we visit here, we feel healed. Please wait for us with your passionate love. Thank you,”. JU-NE, who iKONICs sent his birthday greeting belatedly, expressed his happiness. “I’m so lucky,” he added.

The day that I’ll go to the military has been released. If you guys just wait for me, I’ll come back, okay?” said BOBBY. “I’ll try my best to remember this night.”

SONG: “Thank you for this wonderful night with you guys. I’ll do my best in my military service.

DK shared backstage photos from their concert. “Goodbye for a while,” he wrote, as the Manila show marks iKON’s final performance before military service. Their agency, 143 Entertainment, had announced that Bobby and Chanwoo are enlisting on May 21 and 27 respectively.
