Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort proudly takes part in Food For Thought, a month-long global initiative by Dusit International dedicated to championing a no-waste philosophy while fostering cultural appreciation through food.

At the heart of this celebration is the Full Circle Feast on 11 October 2025, where Executive Chef Julien Cossé—blending his French heritage with the best of Filipino produce—will transform humble scraps into exquisite gourmet creations. The curated dinner will be perfectly paired with house-fermented fruit wines and beverages, showcasing both artistry and sustainability.

On 18 and 25 October 2025, the island’s beloved Lubi Night Market takes on a sustainable twist as it becomes the No-Waste Night Market. Here, Filipino street food favorites rooted in the philosophy of walang sayang—such as isaw, adidas, and betamax—will shine. Guests can also enjoy No-Waste Cooking Demos, where chefs will creatively repurpose scrap ingredients into flavorful, unexpected dishes.
