Billease, one of the Philippines’ top digital consumer finance platforms, has teamed up with Maya Business, the country’s largest digital payments processor, to integrate its Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service into Maya’s payment gateway and point-of-sale (POS) terminals.
The partnership harnesses QRPh, the national QR code standard, allowing customers to pay and split their purchases into installments using any QRPh-enabled bank or e-wallet app. This feature will be available to thousands of online and in-store merchants powered by Maya Business.
“With this integration, Maya merchants can now offer customers a flexible installment option through Billease,” said Kurt Molina, Head of POS Product at Billease. “By using QRPh, we’re making BNPL accessible across a wide range of banks and e-wallets—no credit card needed.”
Customers can now choose Billease at Maya checkouts, scan the QRPh code, and enjoy convenient installment plans. Purchases up to ₱2,000 qualify for 0% interest if paid within a month, while higher amounts are eligible for longer terms with low interest rates.
