AirAsia Philippines Advisory Mandatory Online Arrival Card for Travelers to Thailand

AirAsia Philippines would like to inform all guests traveling to the Kingdom of Thailand of a new immigration requirement set by the Thai Immigration Bureau.

Starting May 1, 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand—regardless of mode of transport, including flights operated by AirAsia Philippines (Z2)—must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online prior to arrival.

This digital system is being implemented to streamline immigration procedures and ensure a faster, safer, and more efficient entry process. Paper-based arrival forms will no longer be accepted.

Guests are encouraged to register for the TDAC within 3 days before their arrival by visiting:

AirAsia advises all guests to complete this process ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience upon arrival in Thailand.
