ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) today announced its growing commitment to esports through new product launches, expanded partnerships with elite teams and professional players, and the introduction of a dedicated social media channel.

As esports continues to shape the expectations of modern gamers and fans worldwide, ROG is developing its high-performance Ace Collection gaming gear with insights from professional teams and athletes. The brand is also strengthening its presence within the esports community through dedicated communication platforms that keep fans and enthusiasts updated on the latest products, players, teams, and competitions.
ROG Gladius IV Ace: Refined for Competitive Play
Developed through extensive sports-science testing and iterative evaluations with esports players, the ergonomic shape of the ROG Gladius IV Ace is designed to help reduce muscle strain as players grip, lift, and move the mouse during competitive play.
This approach will also help shape the aesthetics of future Ace esports mice, allowing ROG to develop designs suited to different grip types, hand sizes, and mouse movements. During tracking movements, the Gladius remained stable in velocity and acceleration even after fatigue, while users spent less average time off target. In 180-degree flick scenarios, users also demonstrated higher hit accuracy.
The Gladius IV Ace features a center-balanced design and a default weight of 56 grams. It comes with 3g, 5g, and 7g stackable weights, giving players seven additional configurations to fine-tune the mouse’s handling. Each mouse is individually machine-tested as a complete unit to verify left- and right-click consistency within 5gf, delivering a closely matched actuation feel.
ROG SpeedNova 8K Gen II technology incorporates an enhanced receiver with a large antenna designed to strengthen wireless signal quality. The receiver detects surrounding RF conditions and indicates connection quality in real time, while Active Dynamic Hopping scans for optimal channels to help reduce interference. Dual LEDs provide quick RF status feedback, and players can personalize the indicators through Gear Link.
The ROG AimPoint Pro 65K optical sensor delivers up to 65,000 dpi, 800 ips, and 70g maximum acceleration, with 11 selectable lift-off-distance levels for fine-tuned tracking. With up to 20,000 frames per second scanning and 8000Hz polling, the sensor captures movement rapidly for responsive tracking during flicks, wide swipes, and precise adjustments.
Zone Mode provides competitive-gaming hardware settings, while Dynamic TX Power Control offers an option for maximum transmission strength and enhanced anti-interference performance.
The Gladius IV Ace also includes a dedicated carry case for safe storage of the mouse and accessories, providing gamers with a travel-ready setup for scrims, bootcamps, LANs, and tournament days.
Through Gear Link, gamers can customize key mouse settings directly through a browser. With no software downloads required, Gear Link enables faster setup across practice rooms, tournament PCs, and shared systems.
ROG OLED Esports Monitors
ROG is bringing OLED technology further into the competitive arena with exceptional color and contrast, along with consistent color reproduction across the panel. Self-lit OLED pixels respond almost instantly, enabling sharp motion clarity.
Unlike conventional LCD esports monitors that rely on traditional LCD backlight strobing, OLED technology requires no backlight, helping reduce eye strain and keep gamers comfortable during marathon gaming sessions. The result is a fast and consistent image designed for high-stakes competitive play.
As the world’s No. 1 OLED gaming monitor brand[i], ROG is introducing the ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace, ROG Strix OLED XG259QDPG Ace, and ROG Strix OLED XG259QDNS Ace. These 24.5-inch monitors were developed with direct input from professional players and expand the ROG OLED esports monitor lineup alongside the ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace, which debuted at Computex 2026.
Every Ace monitor features integrated measurement scales on the stand, helping players reproduce their preferred setup; a Quick OSD menu for fast setting adjustments; and three Esports Color modes tuned for different FPS gaming scenarios.
Gallium Nitride Field-Effect Transistor (GaNFET) technology in the power-supply design helps optimize heat dissipation for extended OLED lifespan.
ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace
With a 720Hz refresh rate, the ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace is the fastest model in the series. Its TrueBlack Glossy™ Tandem WOLED panel produces sharp imagery with deep blacks, even under bright arena lighting.
The monitor also delivers up to 1700 nits peak brightness and supports Dolby Vision® for realistic HDR visuals. Its integrated Position Sensor measures a gamer’s preferred angles and displays them on-screen, helping players reproduce precise setups at home, during practice sessions, or in live competition.
The model is also the official esports monitor of the 2026 PGL Major tournament.
“A stage this historic deserves a display to match. The first OLED Major on the fastest OLED ever made — it’s a new generation of competitive Counter-Strike,” said Silviu Stroie, CEO, PGL.
The new ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace and ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace will be available in early Q4, with MSRPs of US$1,099 and US$699, respectively.
ROG Strix OLED XG259QDPG Ace
The ROG Strix OLED XG259QDPG Ace features a 560Hz RGB QD-OLED panel with BlackShield™ Film and an anti-glare, low-reflection coating that boosts perceived black levels by up to 40% and increases panel hardness by 2.5 times.
The monitor delivers vivid, true-to-life colors and glare-free visuals designed for fast-paced competitive play.
Connectivity options include one DisplayPort™ 1.4 (DSC), two HDMI® 2.1 ports, and three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, providing broad compatibility for gaming setups.
ROG Strix OLED XG259QDNS Ace
The ROG Strix OLED XG259QDNS Ace combines the advantages of an RGB QD-OLED panel featuring BlackShield Film and an anti-glare, low-reflection coating with an accessible 360Hz refresh rate.
The monitor enables a wider base of players to experience Ace-grade esports visuals and professional player-tuned setup tools.
