This June 1 to 8, Savoy Hotel Manila transforms its signature Zabana Bar into something more than just a cocktail destination—it becomes a space where stories unfold, flavors travel, and meaningful moments take center stage.

Created as part of the hotel’s 8th anniversary celebration, Nights of Zabana is an eight-night sensory journey designed not only for cocktail enthusiasts and food lovers, but for anyone seeking to slow down, connect, and truly savor the night.

Bringing together bartenders and Executive Chefs from Megaworld Hotels & Resorts’ sister properties—including the newly opened Belmont Hotel Iloilo and Chancellor Hotel Boracay, alongside Savoy Hotel Mactan and Twin Lakes Hotel—the event showcases a diverse collection of flavors inspired by some of the country’s most beloved destinations.

But beyond the curated drinks and dishes, Nights of Zabana is ultimately about experience.

It’s about watching a bartender craft a cocktail with precision while sharing the story behind it. It’s about discovering how a smoky pour pairs perfectly with a comforting local dish. A Journey Through Flavors, One Night at a Time

Each evening introduces something new—an invitation to explore familiar flavors and unexpected pairings.

Savoy Hotel Manila presents comforting and nostalgic creations such as the refreshing Dyip, paired with Zabana Rum Cured Salmon Sinuglaw; the smooth and velvety Pedikab, served alongside Brandy-Glazed Beef Short Rib Bao; and the warm, alcohol-free Habal, complemented by Kesong Puti & Honey Rum Samosa.

From Iloilo come tropical, memory-filled blends like After Glow, Ilonggo Breeze, and Pine Batuan Iced Tea, each paired with dishes inspired by regional favorites that celebrate local heritage.

Boracay brings vibrant island energy through citrus- and berry-forward creations such as Ginlime Infusion and Frost Berry Fizz, alongside the bold and smoky Zabana Old Fashioned.

Savoy Hotel Mactan channels the spirit of island living with floral, refreshing, and tropical cocktails, while Twin Lakes Hotel introduces comforting, Batangas-inspired flavors—featuring notes of barako coffee, calamansi, and coconut that evoke laid-back sunsets by the lake.
