TP in the Philippines and Globe Telecom marked a significant milestone as they celebrated 15 years of strategic collaboration.

Carrying the theme “Celebrating a Crystal Partnership: 15 Years of Shared Success,” the commemorative event gathered executives, employees, and community partners for a day centered on service leadership, recognition, and renewed commitment to excellence.

A Partnership Rooted in Purpose

The celebration opened with a meaningful initiative that reflected the heart of the alliance—social impact. TP and Globe partnered with Kythe Foundation to support children living with chronic illnesses, reinforcing their shared mission to create positive change beyond business results.

A leadership plenary session followed, highlighting key milestones from the past 15 years and outlining a forward-looking strategy focused on innovation, transformation, and sustained growth.

Rahul Jolly, Chief Executive Officer of TP in the Philippines, underscored the foundation of the enduring partnership:

“Fifteen years of partnership is a testament to trust, collaboration, and the shared vision to deliver exceptional value. As we celebrate this achievement, we also look forward with resolve to innovate, transform, and scale greater heights with our people and partners.”

People and Culture at the Core

Jeffrey Johnson, Chief People Officer of TP in the Philippines, emphasized that the success of the partnership has always been driven by its people.

“At the heart of this 15-year partnership with Globe are our people—their talent, resilience, and passion for delivering excellence. This celebration is more than a milestone; it is a recognition of the culture we have built together, one that champions growth, empowers individuals, and fosters lasting impact. As we look to the next decade, our commitment remains clear: to invest in our people and to create opportunities where they can thrive.”

A highlight of the event was the graduation of Project ECHO Batch 2, recognizing deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals who now serve as Globe customer experience representatives—an inspiring testament to inclusive employment and empowerment.

The milestone celebration also honored excellence through several recognition ceremonies:

  • Globe Persona Awards, spotlighting individuals who embody Globe’s values
  • Longevity Awards, honoring employees for their years of loyalty and dedication
  • Outstanding Contribution Awards, recognizing exceptional performance and impact

Looking Ahead with Shared Ambition

Aileen Burgos, Globe Vice President for Customer Experience Management, reaffirmed the strength of the collaboration:

“Fifteen years of partnership with TP is not just about business results—it’s about creating meaningful customer experiences and empowering communities. Together, we’ve built a collaboration anchored on trust, innovation, and shared purpose. As we look to the future, Globe remains committed to working with TP in pushing the boundaries of service excellence and delivering real impact for our customers and stakeholders.”

The celebration concluded with a dinner gathering where leaders and employees collectively reaffirmed their commitment to the next decade—one defined by innovation, inclusion, and shared success.

After 15 years, the TP–Globe partnership stands not just as a business alliance, but as a collaboration shaped by trust, empowered by people, and driven by purpose.
