How to Redeem Your Freebies
To claim your rewards, visit promotions.lenovo.com and submit:
- Full name (as indicated on a valid ID)
- Contact number
- Valid ID
- Proof of purchase (invoice name must match ID)
- MTM and serial number of the purchased device
After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 7–14 business days. eWallet credits will be credited within another 7–14 business days after approval.
For purchases that include printer bundles, freebies can be claimed instantly upon purchase from participating authorized Lenovo resellers.
Each customer may avail of the promo up to five (5) times and must redeem their freebies within 60 days after the promo period. Unclaimed rewards after this period will be forfeited.
