MANILA, Philippines – May 18, 2025 — In a spectacular display of skill and strategy, ONIC x Nine Lives (ONL) emerged victorious in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Development League (MDL) Philippines Season 5, defeating Aurora Hunters with a commanding 4-1 finish in the best-of-seven Grand Finals.
Held live at Greenhills Mall in San Juan, the event brought together hundreds of esports fans to witness one of the most thrilling Mobile Legends tournaments of the year.
ONIC x Nine Lives Dominates the MDL PH Season
The team delivered a consistently dominant performance throughout the season. Their path to the championship included wins over Flair Esports, Uncle Drew Gamer Impact, and top-seed Omega Neos in the Playoffs. Their triumph culminated in a decisive Grand Finals victory, securing the MDL PH Season 5 title.
