Leading insurer recognized for consumer trust in life insurance category

AIA Philippines Life and General Insurance Company Inc. (AIA Philippines), formerly known as Philam Life and now the Philippine arm of global insurer AIA Group, has once again proven its excellence and reliability, clinching the Gold Award in the Life Insurance category at the 27th Annual Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Awards.

The recognition underscores AIA Philippines’ long-standing reputation as one of the country’s most trusted life insurance providers. Announced through the 2025 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands survey, the award honors companies that have consistently delivered quality, integrity, and dependability, as perceived by consumers themselves.

The awarding ceremony, held on April 4 at the Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, gathered top executives, marketers, and brand leaders to celebrate organizations that have earned the trust of Filipino consumers.

The Gold Award reflects exceptionally high scores in consumer trust and satisfaction. Notably, this marks the 20th year that AIA Philippines has been honored by Reader’s Digest, earning a combined total of 11 Platinum and 9 Gold awards over the years.

The 2025 Trusted Brands Awards featured over 45 categories, with winners determined through an independent survey by Catalyst Research, polling 8,000 consumers across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

AIA Philippines’ latest win is not just a recognition of its legacy—it reaffirms the company’s continued dedication to building meaningful, lasting relationships with its customers through trust, innovation, and unwavering service.
