Now that the hit reality tv show, Pinoy Big Brother (PBB), is back with its star-studded celebrity edition and a big collaboration with GMA and GMA’s Sparkle Artists, viewers of PBB and its virality got better this season.
To commemorate such milestone, let’s go back in time and check who are the actors and actresses that came from PBB. Who do you think they are? And what do you think they are known for? Well, without further ado, here are 6 celebrities you might not know that are from Pinoy Big Brother:
Christine Marie Luche “Beauty” Gonzalez-Crisologo was born on May 28th, 1991, she joined PBB’s Teen Edition Plus in 2008. Known for her humorous persona, Beauty proved that she is also versatile and a can do a lot more in the industry.
Ryan Bang’s real name is Bang Hyun-Sung, born on June 16, 1991, Bang is a South Korean actor, singer, and TV personality. He became famous in the Philippines when he joined Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Clash in 2010 and became a runner-up alongside then winner, James Reid. He hosted his first show, 3ow Powhz! that aired on Studio 23 from 2010 to 2011.
Keith San Esteban Thompson, was born on February 15, 1997, and is particularly known for being an actor and a model here in the Philippines but has also done projects abroad. He first tried his luck joining Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 and has quickly started his career in showbiz becoming a part of the hit teleserye, “Forevermore” starring Liza Soberano and Erique Gil.
Joshua Espineli Garcia, born on October 7, 1997, started his showbiz career when he joing Pinoy Big Brother: All In in the year 2015. Although his time in PBB is a well-known fact, it is still quite relevant to be a part of the list since his season brought out a lot of notable celebrities that are still thriving till this day. With Daniel Matsunaga winning the season, and joining them in the roster are Loisa Andalio, the Solomon Twins, Jane Oineza, and Maris Racal just to name a few.
Jameson Andrew Capili Blake, born on June 17, 1997, started his showbiz career appearing in tv commercials of well-known brands here in the Philippines. In 2015, he became a part of the second leg of Pinoy Big Brother: 737’s regular edition then became a part of the all-male dance group, “Hashtags” that was formed by noontime variety show, “It’s Showtime.”
Barbie Concina Imperial, born on August 1, 1998, was also a part of Pinoy Big Brother: 737 she then got a lot of guest roles in Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK), then became part of “Girltrends,” an all-girl group that consists of former Pinoy Big brother housemates. She was then known for her lead role in “Araw Gabi” as Michelle Olvidar.
