War of the Century happens on “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin”

Jodi , Iza, Rita, and Maricel’s confrontation blows up Twitter world.

The ultimate acting showdown captivated viewers–touted as the “War of the Century” — as country’s finest actresses Jodi Sta. Maria, Iza Calzado, Rita Avila, and Maricel Soriano had a confrontation in “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin” last Thurday, March 11.

The two protagonist, Nanay Lucing (Maricel Soriano) and Marissa (Jodi Sta. Maria) have finally reached their breaking point when the latter was handed a subpoena for allegedly spying on Ceñidoza, pushing them to storm Ellice (Iza Calzado) and Belen’s (Rita Avila) home.

Beforehand, Marissa had confessed to Nanay Lucing about Jake’s (Grae Fernandez) true identity and that Ellice was behind all the killing of her real son, Jacob.

After knowing the truth, Gabriel (Sam Milby) has decided to leave his marriage with Ellice despite her desperate pleas.

Meanwhile, social media blew up with praises and comments about the encounter the viewers witnessed, hailing the four actresses’ intense acting performance.

After the confrontation, what more are could happen? Will Ellice be eaten by her anger against Marissa? What will be Caesar’s (Simon Ibarra) next steps after successfully provoking Marissa and Ellice to clash?
